Designer Babies: Is It Wrong?

Say your unborn child got test results saying he'd be mentally handicapped, but gene tweaking was a definite option. Would you fix him?

Would you make him of average intelligence? Or super smart?

Would you make him athletically superior?

Tall? Attractive? Muscular? No male pattern baldness?

How far is too far?

Depends. I mean, even the non-conformists would agree it is a little odd, is it not? I'm all for science but maybe this time it's gone too far.

Maybe they'll come up with a way to modify adults, and then make it illegal to design your kids. When the normal kid grows up, he or she can decide what to change...
